A Remarkable Journey Begins
Sonic Jesus first caught the world's attention with the release of their debut EP, simply titled "Sonic Jesus," courtesy of Fuzz Club Records. The year was 2012 when their music started reverberating across borders, and there was no turning back.
In 2012, they even had the honor of releasing the "Split Single N°5" with the renowned Black Angels. A clear sign that Sonic Jesus was on a path to greatness.
The Psychedelic Odyssey
2015 marked a pivotal year for the band. They treated us to a limited edition 7-inch vinyl, featuring a remix by none other than Sonic Boom, also known as Peter Kember of the legendary Spacemen 3 and Spectrum. This was a taste of what was to come.
In the same year, they unleashed a double album titled "Neither Virtue Nor Anger," once again under the banner of Fuzz Club Records. This masterpiece elevated Sonic Jesus to the status of one of the most renowned Italian and European psychedelic bands.
Graceful Evolution
Two years later, in 2017, they continued their journey with the release of "Grace," another album produced by Fuzz Club Records. This album signified a shift in their sound, as it incorporated more pop-wave sensibilities, showcasing their ability to evolve and adapt.
A Treasure Unearthed
Sonic Jesus hasn't rested on their laurels. In 2018, Tiziano Veronese gifted us with "Memories," a self-produced album featuring found old demo recordings. This was yet another testament to their boundless creativity.
Live Performances to Remember
Sonic Jesus has graced stages across Europe over the years, sharing the limelight with artists like The Jesus & Mary Chain, Damo Suzuki (of CAN), A Place To Bury Strangers, Wire, and Dead Skeletons. Their live performances are legendary, and they're bringing their mesmerizing show to Skopje.
The Future: "Badway"
2023 is a monumental year for Sonic Jesus. With the release of "Anxieties" and "Annoying Foal," two captivating singles, they've built anticipation for their latest album, "Badway." The album dropped at the beginning of October, setting the stage for a forthcoming tour across the EU and the UK.
